Padres vs Indians

The Indians defeated the Padres this afternoon in the first game of a double header 2-0 at the Prog. Tribe pitcher went 7 2/3 innings in a quality start with 7 strikeouts and 0 walks. John Axford came in at the top of the 9th to record his 4th save of the season. Jason Kipnis hit a 2 run home run in the 6th inning to give the Indians all they needed to pull out a victory this afternoon. Game 2 starts at 4:05 with Trevor Bauer on the mound for the good guys and Robbie Erlin going for the Padres.
